Back Office Systems Integration

Ndex interfaces seamlessly with all major back office systems. Further, it allows Single Access to multiple custodians therefore allowing the consolidation of client reporting and management irrespective of where their assets are held.

Ndex interacts directly with custodians order management systems. The application provides real time portfolio trades updates and trading activities integrate seamlessly with portfolio management functions.

A historical import of activities facilitates conversion to the Ndex platform. All major file formats are supported, allowing immediate access to historical performance calculations, as well as gain/loss reporting.

Back Office Management

Ndex provides a large number of tools designed to remedy deficiencies of legacy systems. Additional features include: off book asset management, house holding, custom portfolios, portfolio modeling and custom securities management.

Fee Management

Fee Management is entirely automated, allowing the creation of an infinite number of fee plans to suit every fee scenario, including fee splitting, rebates, high watermark based computation and all variations of tiered and cascading rate schedules.  Also included are personalized invoices for clients and a full set or reports for management reconciliation.

Compliance and Security

Ndex supports compliance including: customizable KYC questionnaire with update alerts and target deviation from models. Transaction risk is controlled at the source by managing users' roles and accesses. Trade compliance is measured against client investment objectives prior to order execution. Trade history is preserved and time stamped for each transaction. Security within the application is protected through a complete log of all critical activities, as well as custom roles and access management.
