To create a “Wealth Management Platform” Ndex application was designed to be fully integrated with a “True Customer Profile” principle to better evaluate investors wealth requirments, (here forth referred to as “eTCP” Electronic True Customer Profile). Consumer-profiling systems available today rely on one of two consumer profiling methods: the first being based upon the observing of a consumer’s consumption behaviour in order to derive a profile for that consumer, and the second being the subjecting of a consumer to a questionnaire in order to establish that same consumer’s self perceived consumption profile.

Ndex chooses to distinguish itself from the market clutter and competition by introducing an Intelligence and Value-Added Profiling by means of “eTCP”.

True Customer Profile is the notion that consumer’s have a tendency of viewing themselves in one manner (….think of how you want others to view you), yet have an actual exercised consumption behavior reflective of a very different consumption profile (…think of your financial capabilities and actual needs). Therefore, Ndex was founded with the intent of enabling sales and marketing departments through-out commercial enterprises to commercially capitalize on the correlation between the self-expressed profile of a said consumer, with that of the actual consumption behaviour profile of that same consumer. The commercial value of deriving a consumer’s consumption profile based on eTCP principles is that of nothing short of being able to package a product or service offering in a manner that meets both the physiological needs inherent to a specific consumption activity, with that of the underlying psychological wants of the consumer exercising the consumption activity (… think Maslow hierarchy of needs).
