Relationship Management capabilities.
Investor Relationship Management
This module offers extensive functionalities to help the IA
and his assistants accomplish their day-to-day work. It handles
tasks like following up on prospective clients, searching
a client’s portfolio, consolidating a family of portfolios
into a household, contacting clients with maturities approaching
their term, and generating a report of the assets under management.
Client lists can be created selectively either by manually
adding clients, or filtering using financial criteria.
Batch Reporting
eQuate already provides a number of client reports designed
to be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to your clients. The batch
reporting function allows you to request and print one or
several reports for as many clients as you wish while continuing
your daily activities.
Online Account Opening
This module was designed to automate the whole workflow
for account openings. The electronic form captures all the
necessary information for the type of client involved, the
type of accounts to open and whether it is a new customer
or the creation of a new account for an existing client.
The module manages the account number allocation and prints
the forms. Step by step, it tracks the opening of the account
and the document approval process. Finally, it generates
the mandatory Insider / Controller Report and the useful
Account Opening Status Report as well as the Document Status
Report.
The account opening process itself is fully customizable.
Available account numbers may be grouped for specific purposes.
A detailed process may be configured for each account type.
Who may complete each step of the process can be managed
using roles. For example, for margin accounts, the credit
bureau document may have to be approved by someone having
the credit agent role attributed to him.
Direct Investor Access
This module provides web access to the client of an IA to
his portfolio. The same portfolio functionalities and user
interfaces used by the IA are offered to the client.
Client Risk Profile
This module determines the profile of each investor based on
their KYC. eTCP is what evaluates the risk profile of the investors.
