Systems’ Client Support manages the technical support
of the eQuate application by offering front line support
to our clients on technical and software problems. It also
manages hosting, hardware, operating system and software
configuration on the web servers allowing our clients to
take advantage of the technology without having to worry
about IT administration.
Support staff address software questions
and/or correct a client’s understanding and usage
of the software’s capability. They are involved in
the quality assurance of the application prior to its release
and availability to clients. Client Support also logs and
submits product anomalies to the development for resolution
along with client requests for product enhancements. Client
Support can also logon online to simulate and reproduce
client reported product anomalies and they ensure that the
hosting environment is available for use 24/7.
In short, Client Support serves
as a single point of contact to provide answers to client
eQuate questions and/or hosting matters.
