Montreal, QC — NDEX announces that Alain Miquelon is joining the NDEX Systems Inc. Advisory Board.
Alain brings over three decades of experience across financial services, capital markets, and technology. He currently serves as Managing Director and Quebec Lead at Origin Merchant Partners and has held senior executive roles, including President and CEO of the Montréal Exchange, as well as leadership positions within TMX Group.
Throughout his career, Alain has worked across markets, infrastructure, and governance. His background includes roles in investment banking and private equity, including Senior Partner at Novacap, and CFO and COO positions in public companies.
His appointment to the NDEX Advisory Board reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its strategic positioning across the wealth management and financial data ecosystem.
Alain’s perspective on capital market’s structure, data governance, and financial infrastructure is expected to provide actionable guidance to NDEX as it accelerates platform scalability and explores new market opportunities, helping shape key product development and partner engagement decisions. Alain will collaborate with the NDEX leadership team, offering strategic advice to drive product innovation, guide entry into new markets, and strengthen alliances, and his insights will contribute to tangible progress on priority initiatives.
