Rigorous audit validates Ndex as a trusted financial service partner, which is crucial for highly regulated industries

Ndex Systems Inc., provider of the only fully independent wealth management platform in Canada, announced it has successfully  completed the Service and Organization Control (SOC) Type 1 audit, the industry’s highest standard for security, privacy and confidentiality, effective December 31, 2021. Together with its spinoff company Artiffex Inc., Ndex voluntarily undertook the SOC 2 audit with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP, as established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

The certification provides assurance that Ndex’s service commitments and system requirements are achieved based on the strictest criteria relevant to security, confidentiality, and privacy.

“The Ndex platform is designed to democratize the understanding of wealth management so that anyone can access their own investment information, and see what is being done with it,” says CEO and founder Laurent Bensemana. “As the only independent, multi-custodian web-based wealth management application in Canada, SOC 2 compliance is both a natural evolution of our dedication to our clients, and a promise to maintain the highest standards in the industry as we continue to bring our technology forward.”

Founded in 1999 in Montreal, Ndex Systems Inc. democratized the wealth management industry in Canada by developing a secure, web-based data-ingestion platform accessible to investors of all levels. Fully independent, today Ndex supports firms in North America, Europe, and Africa representing over 1,400 firms managing over $170B in assets for more than 14 million clients.
